3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your Overmax Camspot 4.0 PTZ camera:
- Choose a Location: Select an outdoor location that provides optimal surveillance coverage and has access to a power outlet. The camera is designed for wall mounting.
- Mount the Camera: Use the included wall mounting kit to securely attach the camera to a stable surface. Ensure the camera is positioned to cover the desired area.

- Power Connection: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The camera requires 5 Volts AC and consumes 5 Watts.
- Download the App: Download the 'Overmax Control' or 'Tuya' application from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register/Log In: Open the app and create an account or log in if you already have one.

- Patrol Function: Activate the patrol function in the app to enable the camera to automatically rotate and monitor a predefined area.
- Auto-Tracking: Enable auto-tracking to allow the camera to automatically follow moving objects detected within its field of view.
- Motion Detection & Alerts: Configure motion detection sensitivity and set up alerts to receive notifications on your smartphone when movement or human silhouettes are detected.
- Two-Way Audio: Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker, and listen to audio from the camera's environment.
- Night Vision: The camera automatically switches to color night mode in low-light conditions, providing clear visibility up to 40 meters.
- Recording & Playback: Access recorded footage from your Micro SD card or cloud storage through the app. You can also manually start recordings.

5. Maintenance

- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6. Troubleshooting
