Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your TONEMAC H3 headphones.

  • Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  • The LED indicator will show the charging status. It typically turns off or changes color when fully charged.
  • A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. A quick 10-minute charge can provide up to 18 hours of playtime.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

  • Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  • Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  • On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  • Select "TONEMAC H3" from the list of available devices.
  • Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue or flash blue slowly.
  • The headphones support Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and efficient connectivity.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
  • Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
  • Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double-press the Multi-function button.

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) / Transparency Mode

  • Press the ANC button once to cycle through modes: Noise Cancellation On, Transparency Mode, Normal Mode.
  • Noise Cancellation On: Reduces ambient noise for immersive listening.
  • Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio.
  • Normal Mode: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or transparency.

Multi-Point Connection

The TONEMAC H3 headphones can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

  • Pair the headphones with the first device as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.
  • Disable Bluetooth on the first device.
  • Put the headphones back into pairing mode and pair with the second device.
  • Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones should now be connected to both devices.
  • Audio will automatically switch between devices based on which one is playing sound or receiving a call.

Maintenance

  • Clean the headphones regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Store the headphones in the provided carrying pouch when not in use to protect them from dust and scratches.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the headphones, as this will void the warranty.
  • Keep the charging port free of dust and debris.

Troubleshooting
