Setup and Charging

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the SVANAR Wireless earphones and their charging case. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a compatible USB power source. The charging indicator lights will provide status feedback.

• Earbud Charging Time: Approximately 1 hour.
• Charging Case Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earphones are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "SVANAR Wireless" from the list of found devices to connect.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The SVANAR Wireless earphones feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

• Double-click left/right earbud: Rewind to previous track.
• Touch left/right earbud: Pause/Play.
• Triple-click left/right earbud: Skip to next track.
• Double-click left/right earbud (during call): Answer/End call.
• Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds: Reject call.
• Press and hold left earbud for 3 seconds: Switch among Noise Cancellation / Transparency / High Fidelity Mode.
• Press and hold right earbud for 3 seconds: Turn on AI Voice Assistant (device must support this function).

Noise Control Modes

The SVANAR Wireless offers multiple listening modes to adapt to your environment:

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Immerse yourself in your audio by significantly reducing ambient noise up to -35dB.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the earphones, useful for awareness.
• High Fidelity Mode: Optimizes audio performance for the purest sound quality, ideal for critical listening.

Switch between these modes by pressing and holding the left earbud for 3 seconds.

LDAC High-Definition Audio

The SVANAR Wireless supports the LDAC high-definition Bluetooth codec, enabling full-range high-fidelity audio transmission. For optimal sound quality, ensure your source device also supports LDAC and that it is enabled in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SVANAR Wireless earphones.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Eartips: Remove and clean eartips periodically with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Resistance: The earphones are IPX5 water/sweat resistant. This means they can withstand splashes and sweat, but are not designed for submersion in water. Do not expose them to strong jets of water or wear them while swimming.

Troubleshooting

When the Svanar Wireless keeps disconnecting from paired devices?

• For Android users, due to the complexity of the electromagnetic environment, the default LDAC high-resolution Bluetooth connection format may freeze or disconnect due to insufficient bandwidth. If this occurs, you can set the LDAC bandwidth to Balanced audio and connection quality (660kbps/606kbps) or Optimized for connection quality (330kbps/303kbps), or enter Settings on your device and manually set the Bluetooth format to AAC or SBC. In this mode, the problem of lag/disconnection will be improved.
• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile network to see if it affects the connection stability.
• Try connecting to other devices.
• Reset the Svanar Wireless and try to reconnect to your phone. For reset, put both Svanar Wireless into the charging case. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the charging case for up to 10 seconds. The status light on the charging case should flash red and green after 3 seconds and flash green after 10 seconds. The reset is finished when the status light flashes green. Try to re-pair to your device.

If you can't connect your phone or if the Svanar Wireless plays no sound?

• Reset the Svanar Wireless by putting both earphones into the charging case. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the charging case for up to 10 seconds. The status light on the charging case should flash red and green after 3 seconds and flash green after 10 seconds. The reset is finished when the status light flashes green. Try to re-pair to your device.
