1. Product Overview

The CYBEX Gold Sirona Gi i-Size Plus Car Seat with integrated base is a functional and secure car seat designed for children approximately from 3 months up to 4 years old (or from birth with a newborn reducer, sold separately). It supports children weighing up to 20 kg and with a height range of 61 - 105 cm (from 40 cm with the newborn reducer).

This car seat prioritizes maximum safety with its rear-facing travel capability, integrated Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System), and a load leg for additional stability. It complies with the UN R129/03 safety standard.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Never leave your child unattended in the car seat. This product is not suitable for jogging or rollerblading.

• Always ensure the car seat is correctly installed and secured before placing your child in it.
• The car seat offers maximum safety when used in the rear-facing position.
• The integrated Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System) should always be extended on the side closest to the car door.
• Ensure the load leg is correctly extended and firmly positioned against the vehicle floor for optimal stability.
• Regularly check the harness system for proper adjustment and ensure it is snug against your child's body without being too tight.
• Do not use the car seat if it has been involved in an accident, even if there is no visible damage. Internal damage may compromise its safety.

3. Setup and Installation

The Sirona Gi i-Size Plus car seat features an integrated base for easy and secure installation using the ISOFIX system.

3.1 ISOFIX Installation

1. Locate the ISOFIX anchor points in your vehicle.
2. Extend the ISOFIX connectors from the car seat base by pressing the release buttons.
3. Push the ISOFIX connectors firmly into the vehicle's anchor points until you hear an audible 'click' and the indicators turn green.
4. Push the car seat firmly against the vehicle seat back to ensure a tight fit.
5. Extend the load leg until it firmly touches the vehicle floor. Ensure the indicator on the load leg turns green.

3.2 Harness Preparation

Before placing your child, use the integrated harness attachments to hold the harness straps out of the way. This simplifies placing and removing your child from the seat.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 360° Rotation Mechanism

The car seat features a 360° rotation mechanism, allowing for easy installation and removal of your child, as well as switching between rear-facing and forward-facing positions (once the child meets the height/age requirements for forward-facing).

4.2 Headrest and Harness Adjustment

The headrest is adjustable to 12 different height positions. As you adjust the headrest, the harness system automatically adjusts to ensure a proper fit for your growing child.

4.3 Recline Positions

The car seat offers multiple recline positions (3 positions) for optimal comfort, especially during long journeys or when your child is sleeping. These positions can be adjusted with one hand.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Covers

The fabric covers of the Sirona Gi i-Size Plus car seat are removable and washable. It is recommended to wash the covers at 30°C. Please refer to the care label on the covers for specific instructions.

5.2 Air Circulation

The car seat is designed with 360° air circulation, featuring mesh fabric inserts and ventilation holes to ensure optimal airflow and comfort for your child.
