4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Prepare the Base: Lay out the main frame components (parts 1 and 2) on a clean, soft surface. Connect the side rails to the end rails using the provided screws (B) and the Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Center Supports: Assemble the center support beams (parts 4, 5, 6) and attach them to the main frame using screws (D, F) and the provided tools. Ensure the center leg (part 4) is securely fastened.
- Connect Frame Halves: Bring the two assembled frame halves together. Secure them using the remaining screws (A) and the Allen wrench. Use the small wrench (G) to hold the nuts in place while tightening.
- Install Slats: Place the steel slats (part 8) into the designated slots on the frame. Ensure they are evenly spaced and securely seated.
- Install Anti-Slip Baffles: Attach the anti-slip baffles (part I) to the designated areas on the frame to prevent mattress movement. Secure them with the provided screws (C).
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all screws using the provided tools.

- Mattress Placement: Place your single mattress (90 x 200 cm) directly onto the steel slats. The integrated anti-slip baffles will help keep the mattress in place.
