Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your Xwatch-S19.
- Connect the charging dock to a USB power source.
- Place the Xwatch-S19 onto the charging dock, ensuring the magnetic contacts align.
- The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 20 minutes for a full day's use, or longer for a complete charge providing up to 10 days of active use.

2. Installing the Xwatch App
The Promate Xwatch app is required to unlock the full functionality of your smartwatch.

- Download and install the application.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and set up your profile.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

Maintenance
1. Water Resistance (IP67)
The Xwatch-S19 is IP67 water and dust resistant. This means it is protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, steam, or high-pressure water jets.
- Do not press buttons underwater.
- Dry the watch thoroughly after exposure to water.

- Watch not connecting to phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch.
- Restart both the watch and your phone.
- Try unpairing and re-pairing the device through the Xwatch App.
- Ensure the Xwatch App has necessary permissions on your phone.
- Display not waking up with wrist raise:
- Check the "Raise to Wake" setting in the watch's settings or the Xwatch App to ensure it is enabled.
- Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist.
- If the issue persists, a software update or factory reset might be necessary.
- Inaccurate health data:
- Ensure the watch is worn correctly, not too loose or too tight, and positioned on the wrist bone.
- Clean the sensor on the back of the watch.
- Environmental factors and movement can affect sensor accuracy.
- Short battery life:
- Reduce screen brightness.
- Limit continuous heart rate monitoring or frequent notifications.
- Disable features like "Always-On Display" if available.
- Ensure background app usage on your phone is optimized.
