Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Screen

Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-specific cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

2. Cleaning the Cabinet

Wipe the TV cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquid cleaners directly on the cabinet.

Troubleshooting

1. No Power / TV Not Turning On

Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and a working power outlet. Try plugging another device into the outlet to confirm it has power. If using a power strip, ensure it is switched on.

2. Poor Picture Quality

If the picture appears dim or washed out, check the 'Energy Saver' function in the TV settings and disable it if active. Adjust picture settings such as brightness, contrast, and color to your preference. Ensure your input source is providing a high-quality signal.

3. USB Drive Not Recognized

If a USB drive is not recognized, ensure it is formatted to a compatible file system (NTFS or FAT32). The TV supports up to 128GB USB drives. If the TV is unresponsive or fails to turn on, try removing any connected USB drives and then power cycling the TV. Overheating USB drives can sometimes cause issues.

4. Remote Control Issues

Ensure the batteries in the remote control are correctly inserted and not depleted. Try re-pairing the Bluetooth remote if it becomes unresponsive. For voice control, ensure the microphone is not muted on the TV or remote.
