1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

5. Setup and Installation

This touch light switch is designed for standard screw mounting wall plates. Follow these steps carefully for installation:

1. Power Off: Before starting, ensure the main power supply to the circuit is completely switched off at the circuit breaker. Verify with a voltage tester.
2. Remove Old Switch: Carefully remove your existing light switch from the wall box. Disconnect the wires, noting their connections.
3. Wiring: Connect the wires to the MECCANIXITY Touch Light Switch according to the diagram below. This model is a 2 Gang 1 Way switch and does not require a neutral wire for operation.

   • Connect the Live wire to the 'L' terminal.
   • Connect the load wires for your lights to the 'L1' and 'L2' terminals. (This is a 2-gang switch, so it controls two separate light circuits).
   • If your lighting system experiences flickering or instability with low-wattage LED bulbs, install the provided capacitance across the live and neutral wires of the light fixture.
4. Mounting: Gently push the switch into the wall box. Secure it with the provided mounting screws.
5. Attach Faceplate: Snap the tempered glass faceplate onto the switch module.
6. Power On: Restore power at the circuit breaker.
7. Test: Test the functionality of the touch switch.

6. Operating Instructions

The MECCANIXITY Touch Light Switch features a responsive tempered glass touch screen. Each button is designed with a backlight for visibility in the dark.

• Turning On/Off: Lightly touch the circular icon on the glass panel corresponding to the light you wish to control. A single touch will toggle the light on or off.
