Items Required for Operation
As a Bind-N-Fly (BNF) Basic model, the following items are required and sold separately:
- Full-range 6+ channel Spektrum DSMX/DSM2 compatible transmitter
- 3S or 4S 3200–6400mAh LiPo flight battery with EC5 or IC5 connector
- Compatible LiPo charger

Assembly
The E-flite EC-1500 Twin 1.5m is largely factory-assembled, requiring minimal final assembly. Ensure all components are securely attached before flight. Setup
Before your first flight, ensure your Spektrum DSMX/DSM2 compatible transmitter is properly bound to the aircraft's Spektrum AR8360T receiver. Install your fully charged 3S or 4S LiPo flight battery securely in the designated compartment, ensuring the EC5 or IC5 connector is firmly attached to the ESC. Verify all control surfaces respond correctly to transmitter inputs.
Operating Instructions
The EC-1500 Twin 1.5m offers versatile flight performance, capable of slow and scale-like flying, sport flying, and aggressive 3D aerobatics. Utilize the AS3X technology for enhanced stability and the optional-use SAFE Select technology for flight envelope protection, which can assist new pilots or those flying in challenging conditions.
