Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically involves attaching wheels, steering wheel, and connecting the battery. Refer to the detailed video guide for visual assistance.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Wheel Installation: Attach the four wheels securely to the axles. Ensure all washers and nuts are tightened as per instructions.
3. Steering Wheel Assembly: Connect the steering wheel to the steering column and secure it.
4. Battery Connection: Locate the battery compartment (often under the seat) and connect the battery terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
5. Dump Bed Assembly: If the dump bed is separate, attach it to the main body. The shovel accessory can be placed in the designated holder.
6. Final Checks: Before first use, ensure all connections are secure and all screws are tightened.

Initial Setup

Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge the 12V 10Ah battery for 8-12 hours. Do not charge for more than 18 hours to prevent battery damage.

• Locate the charging port (usually near the battery compartment).
• Plug the charger into the charging port, then into a standard wall outlet.
• The charger indicator light will show charging status (refer to charger manual for specific light indications).
• Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

Remote Control Pairing

• Power Button/Key Start: Turn the vehicle ON/OFF.
• Foot Pedal: Press to accelerate. Release to brake.
• Steering Wheel: Turn left or right to steer the vehicle.
• Forward/Backward Switch: Select driving direction.
• Speed Switch: Adjust between high and low speeds.
• Music/Horn Buttons: Activate built-in music or horn sounds.
• USB Interface/Bluetooth: Connect external devices to play music.

• Emergency Brake (P): Press to immediately stop the vehicle.

• Battery Care:

  • If storing for extended periods, charge the battery once a month to prolong its lifespan.
  • Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
• Storage: Store the vehicle indoors in a dry area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Inspections: Regularly check for loose screws, damaged wiring, or worn parts. Replace any damaged components immediately.
