The AIRTOK BZ-1802 Air Purifier is designed to improve indoor air quality by effectively removing various airborne particles and odors. Setup Guide
1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that the air purifier, two HEPA H13 filters, and the power adapter are present. Retain the instruction manual for future reference.
2. Filter Installation
The air purifier comes with two HEPA H13 filters pre-installed but wrapped in plastic for protection. These plastic coverings must be removed before first use.
- Open the cover on the back of the air purifier. This cover is typically held by magnets and can be gently pulled open.
- Pull out the two filters using the designated pull tabs.
- Remove all plastic packaging from both filters.
- Reinsert the filters into the air purifier. Ensure the "Air Flow" arrows on the filter frames point inwards, towards the center of the unit. The filters are designed to slide smoothly into place.
- Close the back cover, ensuring it clicks securely into place via its magnetic attachments.

3. Power Connection
Connect the power adapter to the designated port on the air purifier (usually at the bottom rear). Plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet. The power cord is approximately 10 feet long, allowing for flexible placement.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the power button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) on the control panel to turn the unit on or off.
2. Air Quality Display (PM2.5 AQI)
Upon powering on, the air purifier's display will show the current PM2.5 content in µg/m³ and illuminate with a color-coded indicator:
- Blue Light (Good): PM2.5 content 1-35 µg/m³.
- Yellow Light (Moderate): PM2.5 content 36-115 µg/m³.
- Red Light (Unhealthy): PM2.5 content >115 µg/m³.

3. Operating Modes & Fan Speeds
The air purifier offers both automatic and manual control over fan speeds.
- Automatic Mode (A): Upon booting, the unit defaults to automatic mode. It will automatically adjust the fan speed (from low to high) based on the detected air quality. As air quality improves, the fan speed will decrease, entering an energy-saving mode when air quality is good (blue light).
- Manual Fan Speeds (1, 2, 3, 4): You can manually cycle through 4 different fan speeds by pressing the '+' or '-' buttons on the control panel.
- Sleep Mode: This mode operates at the lowest fan speed (approx. 25 decibels) and typically turns off all display lights for undisturbed sleep.

Maintenance
1. Filter Life and Replacement
The air purifier will remind you when the filter needs to be replaced, typically every 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. A red filter replacement reminder light will flash.
To replace the filters:
- Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
- Open the back cover and pull out the two old filters.
- Dispose of the old filters responsibly.
- Insert new genuine AIRTOK replacement filters (Model: B0CBPDSN7J). Ensure the triangle symbol on the filter faces inside the machine.
- Close the back cover.
- Plug in the air purifier. To reset the filter replacement reminder, touch and hold the '-' button for 3 seconds.

2. Cleaning the Unit
Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquid enters the unit.
Troubleshooting

- Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and a working electrical outlet.
- Filter reminder light flashing after replacement: Press and hold the '-' button for 3 seconds to reset the filter life counter.
- Reduced airflow or purification: Check if the filters are clogged. Replace them if necessary. Ensure the air inlets and outlets are not obstructed.
- Unusual noise: Verify that the filters are correctly installed and the back cover is securely closed.
- Inaccurate PM2.5 readings: Ensure the sensor area is clean and free from dust accumulation.
