Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Regularly clean the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for stainless steel.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
  • For shower nozzles (rainfall, handheld, body jets), gently rub the rubber nozzles to dislodge any mineral buildup.

2. Temperature Display Battery Replacement

  • If the temperature display becomes dim or stops working, replace the batteries.
  • Access the battery compartment, typically located on the side or back of the display unit.
  • Ensure correct battery type and polarity during replacement.

Troubleshooting

  • No Water Flow or Low Pressure: Check that both hot and cold water supply valves are fully open. Ensure no blockages in the water lines or shower head nozzles. Verify household water pressure is adequate.
  • Temperature Display Not Working: Confirm batteries are installed correctly and are not depleted. Replace batteries if necessary.
  • Leaking: Check all connections for tightness. Ensure O-rings and gaskets are properly seated. If leaks persist, professional plumbing assistance may be required.
  • Difficulty Switching Functions: Ensure the diverter knob is fully engaged in each position. Do not force the knob if it feels stiff.
