3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Sortfle Smart Hub Gateway and connect it to your home network:

  1. Prepare Your Phone: Connect your smartphone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The gateway does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  2. Install SmartLife App: Download and install the "SmartLife" app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
  3. Power On Gateway: Connect the provided Type C cable to the gateway's power port and plug it into a 5V/1A power adapter (not always included, check packaging).
  4. Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the RESET button on the gateway for approximately 5 seconds.
  5. Verify Pairing Mode: The blue LED light should be on, and the red LED light should be blinking, indicating the gateway is ready for pairing.
  6. Add Device in App: Open the SmartLife app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device, and follow the on-screen instructions to discover and connect your gateway.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Adding Sub-Devices

Once your Sortfle Smart Hub Gateway is successfully connected, you can add compatible Tuya ZigBee and Bluetooth sub-devices:

  1. Ensure your sub-device is in pairing mode (refer to the sub-device's manual for specific instructions).
  2. Open the SmartLife app, navigate to your gateway, and select "Add devices" or a similar option.
  3. The app will scan for nearby compatible devices. Select your device from the list and follow the prompts to complete the pairing process.

4.2. Remote Control

The SmartLife app allows you to control your connected devices from anywhere with an internet connection. You can turn devices on/off, adjust settings, and create schedules or automation routines.

4.3. Voice Control

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Sortfle Smart Hub Gateway, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
