3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Camera Placement
- Place the baby unit (camera) in a location that provides a clear view of your baby. Ensure it is at least 1 meter (3 feet) away from the baby to prevent entanglement with the power cord.
- The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted using a compatible 1/4" screw hole bracket (not included).
- Ensure the camera is within the operational range of the parent unit. Obstacles like walls can reduce the effective range to approximately 15-20 meters.

The cameras and monitor are typically pre-paired. If pairing is required or you are adding additional cameras:
- Turn on both the parent unit and the baby unit(s).
- Access the 'Camera Management' or 'Pairing' menu on the parent unit.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate pairing. This usually involves pressing a pairing button on the baby unit within a specific timeframe.
Important Note: This device does not use Wi-Fi and is not compatible with mobile phones. It operates on FHSS 2.4G technology for a secure, private connection.
