1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your Ulefone Note 16 Pro unlocked cell phone. The Ulefone Note 16 Pro is designed for reliable daily use, featuring a large display, capable camera system, and long-lasting battery life, powered by Android 13.

2. What's in the Box

3. Setup

3.1 SIM Card and MicroSD Installation

The Ulefone Note 16 Pro supports dual 4G LTE SIM cards and expandable storage via microSD. To install your SIM card(s) and/or microSD card:

1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
2. Insert the provided SIM needle into the small hole on the SIM tray to eject it.
3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Gently push the SIM tray back into the device until it is flush.

3.2 Initial Power On

To power on your device for the first time, press and hold the power button located on the side of the phone until the Ulefone logo appears on the screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

3.3 Network Compatibility

Important: This device is unlocked and compatible with GSM carriers such as T-Mobile and Metro PCS. It is not compatible with AT&T, Cricket, or CDMA networks like Verizon, Sprint, and Boost Mobile. Please verify compatibility with your chosen carrier before use.
