Troubleshooting

2. Static Environment for Re-sync: If the camera is not connecting after being removed from the app, place it in a well-lit room facing a static scene (e.g., a wall) to prevent new recordings from interfering with the re-sync process. Allow time for any pending recordings to upload.
3. Initiate Pairing: Press the pair button on the camera for 3 seconds while holding it perfectly still. This should result in a fast blue light flash.
4. Add Device in App: Start the "add device" process in the Arlo Secure App. If prompted that the device was previously paired, proceed to reset.
5. Factory Reset (if needed): Press the pair button again for 15-20 seconds until an amber light flashes. Wait for the amber light to stop, then press the pair button once more for a fast blue light flash.
6. Reconnect: Instruct the app to attempt connection again. If the app freezes during naming, close and reopen it, then complete the setup from the camera's settings.
