Setup

1. Unpack the kettle and all accessories (egg rack, SS stand).
2. Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the maximum level, boil, and then discard the water. Repeat this process twice to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. Place the power base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
4. The kettle features a 360-degree swivel power base for easy placement.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

1. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water or ingredients. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
2. Place the kettle securely on its power base.
3. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The Indicator Light will illuminate.
4. Turn the control knob to the desired setting: WARM, BOIL, or COOK.
5. The kettle will automatically switch off once the selected temperature or boiling point is reached.
6. Carefully remove the kettle from the base using the Cool-Touch Handle.

The control knob enables selection of desired functions (Warm, Boil, Cook) and includes an auto switch-off feature for safety and temperature maintenance.

Using Accessories

• Egg Boiling: Place the egg rack inside the kettle, add water to cover the eggs, and place eggs on the rack. Select the 'BOIL' setting.
• Steaming: Use the SS stand for steaming vegetables or other items. Add water to the kettle, place the stand, and then your food on the stand. Select the 'COOK' setting.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
3. To clean the interior, fill the kettle with water and a small amount of white vinegar (or lemon juice). Boil the mixture, then let it sit for 15-20 minutes before discarding and rinsing thoroughly.
4. Important: Be very careful when washing the kettle to ensure water does not enter the bottom circuit area. Water ingress into this area can cause electrical issues.
5. The transparent glass lid can be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed.
6. Store the kettle in a dry place when not in use.
