Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (rotary basket, rotisserie spit, skewer rack, air fryer trays, non-stick plate, handle) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main unit is NOT dishwasher safe.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 cm / 4 inches) around the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials or heat sources.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (AC 220-240V ~ 50Hz).
  5. Initial Burn-Off (Optional but Recommended): To eliminate any manufacturing odors, run the appliance empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal during initial use.

  • Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
  • Temperature Controls (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature (50°C to 200°C).
  • Time Controls (+/-): Adjusts cooking time.
  • Preset Programs: 12 dedicated icons for common dishes (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, steak, cake, pizza, toast, dehydrate, reheat, defrost).
  • Rotisserie Button: Activates/deactivates the rotation function for the rotisserie spit or rotary basket.
  • Light Button: Turns the interior light on/off.
  • Start/Pause Button: Starts or pauses the cooking cycle.

General Operation Steps

  1. Prepare Food: Place your food in the appropriate accessory (tray, basket, spit). Do not overfill.
  2. Insert Accessory: Carefully slide the accessory into the cooking chamber. Ensure it is securely in place.
  3. Close Door: Close the appliance door firmly.
  4. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the appliance. The display will illuminate.
  5. Select Cooking Method:
    • Preset Program: Select one of the 12 preset icons. The appliance will automatically set the recommended temperature and time.
    • Manual Setting: Use the Temperature (+/-) and Time (+/-) buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  7. Monitor Progress: Use the interior light button to check on your food without opening the door.
  8. Rotation Function: If using the rotisserie spit or rotary basket, press the Rotisserie button to activate rotation.
  9. Completion: The appliance will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully open the door and use the handle to remove hot accessories and food.
  10. Power Off: Press the Power button to turn off the appliance and unplug it from the wall outlet.

Using the Rotisserie Function

  1. Assemble the rotisserie spit or rotary basket with your food. Ensure the food is centered and secured.
  2. Insert the assembled accessory into the designated slots inside the cooking chamber.
  3. Close the door. Set your desired cooking program or manual settings.
  4. Press the Rotisserie button to activate the rotation.
  5. Once cooking is complete, use the handle to carefully remove the hot rotisserie assembly.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
