2. Pour milk into the pitcher. Observe the MAX fill lines inside the pitcher. Do not exceed the indicated maximum levels for frothing (8.5 oz) or heating (17 oz) to prevent overflow.
3. Place the lid securely on the pitcher.
4. Place the pitcher onto the base unit.
5. Select your desired temperature and froth level using the control panel buttons.
6. Press the Start button. The appliance will begin the selected program.
