3. Setup Guide
3.1 Connecting to Your Computer
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the BALILA conference speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to your computer's USB-C port. If your computer only has USB-A ports, use the included USB-A to USB-C adapter.
- Ensure the speaker is powered on. The power button will illuminate.

3.2 Pairing Wireless Microphones
The wireless microphones are pre-paired with the main speaker unit. To activate them:
- For each transmitter (wireless microphone), press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns green.
- The microphones are now ready for use.

3.3 Sound Settings Configuration (Windows Example)

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Volume Control
The main speaker unit features dedicated buttons for volume adjustment:
- Press the '+' button to increase the speaker volume.
- Press the '-' button to decrease the speaker volume.
4.2 Mute Function
To mute or unmute the microphones:
- Press the central Mute button on the main speaker unit to mute all connected microphones. The indicator light will change to red. Your calling partners will not hear your voice.
- Press the Mute button again to unmute the microphones. The indicator light will return to blue/green, indicating the microphones are working.
