1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
• The plug part of the rope lights is not waterproof. Protect it from water exposure.
• Do not cut the rope lights. This will damage the product and void the warranty.
• Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the rope lights to prevent damage to the internal wiring.
• Use only the provided screws and clamps for mounting.
• Keep out of reach of children.

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the LED rope lights from the packaging. Inspect the entire length of the rope light for any visible damage. The lights come pre-wound on a reel for easy deployment and storage.

2.2 Connecting Multiple Sets

These rope lights are designed for end-to-end connection. You can connect up to 3 sets for a total length of 300ft. To connect, ensure both ends are free of power. Remove the end cap from one set and the protective cover from the other. Align the connectors and twist to secure. Ensure a tight connection to maintain waterproof integrity (for the connection point).

2.3 Mounting the Rope Lights

The package includes screws and clamps for fixing the LED rope lights. These can be used to hang the lights on ceilings, wrap around trees, pillars, or along fences. Plan your desired layout before securing the lights. Ensure the lights are securely fastened to prevent sagging or damage.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On/Off

Plug the rope lights into a standard 120V AC power outlet. The lights will illuminate in the last selected mode due to the memory function.

3.2 Changing Lighting Modes

The rope lights feature 8 different lighting modes. To cycle through the modes, press the button located on the power plug. The available modes are:

1. Combination
2. In waves
3. Sequential
4. Slo-glo
5. Chasing/Flash
6. Slow fade
7. Twinkle/Flash
8. Steady on

3.3 Auto Timer Function

The rope lights include an auto timer function. Once activated, the lights will remain ON for 6 hours and then automatically turn OFF for 18 hours. This cycle repeats daily. To activate the timer, press and hold the mode button until the lights flash, indicating the timer is set.

3.4 Memory Function

A built-in memory chip saves your last selected mode setting. When the lights are powered on again, they will resume the mode that was active before they were turned off.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

To clean the rope lights, ensure they are unplugged from the power source. Wipe the clear PVC tube with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

4.2 Storage

When not in use, carefully wind the rope lights back onto the provided reel. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps prevent tangling and prolongs the lifespan of the lights.

4.3 Fuse Replacement

The power plug contains two built-in fuses for short circuit protection. If the lights stop working, check the fuses. To replace, unplug the lights, open the fuse compartment on the plug, and replace with new fuses of the same rating. Refer to the plug for fuse specifications.

5. Troubleshooting

• Lights not turning on:
  • Ensure the power plug is securely inserted into a working outlet.
  • Check the fuses in the power plug and replace if blown.
  • Verify that the connection points between multiple sets are secure.
• Lights flickering or dim:
  • Check for loose connections or damaged sections of the rope light.
  • Ensure the power source is stable.
• Modes not changing:
  • Press the mode button firmly.
  • Unplug and replug the lights to reset the controller.
• Water damage:
  • The plug part is NOT waterproof. If exposed to water, disconnect power immediately and allow to dry completely before attempting to use again.

7.1 Product Warranty

This Jnaurb LED Rope Light product comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
