Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Add Ingredients: Add ingredients to the baking pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last). Ensure ingredients are measured accurately.
- Select Program: Press the MENU button repeatedly until the desired program number appears on the display. (e.g., Program 1 for Basic Bread).
- Select Crust Color: Press the COLOR button to choose your preferred crust darkness: Light, Medium, or Dark.
- Select Loaf Size: Press the LOAF button to select the desired loaf size (e.g., 900g).
- Start Baking: Press the START/STOP button once. The bread maker will begin the selected program. The display will show the remaining time.
- End of Cycle: Once the program is complete, the bread maker will beep and may enter a "Keep Warm" cycle. Press START/STOP to cancel the "Keep Warm" cycle.
- Remove Bread: Using oven mitts, carefully remove the baking pan from the bread maker. Invert the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool. If kneading blades remain in the bread, use the provided hook to remove them.
Delay Timer Function
The 13-hour delay timer allows you to prepare ingredients in advance and have fresh bread ready at a specific time.
- Follow steps 1-4 from "Basic Operation".
- Press the Timer Up/Down Arrows to set the desired delay time. This time includes the baking cycle duration. For example, if the baking cycle is 3 hours and you want bread in 8 hours, set the timer to 8 hours.
- Press the START/STOP button. The timer will begin counting down, and the bread maker will start baking when the countdown reaches the program's duration.
