6. Headlight Beam Adjustment
The headlights have been pre-adjusted when leaving the factory. However, minor adjustments may be necessary after installation to ensure proper light pattern and alignment. This assembly features vertical adjustment capabilities.
How to Adjust Your Headlights:
- Park your car in front of a flat wall, approximately 25 feet (7.6 meters) away.
- Mark the center points of each light on the wall with tape.
- Turn on your low beams. The top of the most intense part of the light beam should be at or slightly below the marked line.
- Locate the adjustment screws on top of each bulb. Adjust these screws as needed to achieve the correct vertical alignment.
Caution: Do NOT adjust over three times either clockwise/counter-clockwise to avoid any damage to the adjuster mechanism.

7. Maintenance and Care
Preventing Temporary Condensation:
It is normal for the lens to fog up due to temperature differences, air pressure, and other weather conditions. This is temporary and does not indicate a defect.
To help drive away temporary condensation:
- Check the one-way vents in the housing and make sure they are not blocked.
- Turn on the low beam for 20 minutes.
- Take the bulbs out and clear the moisture.
- Put a silica gel packet inside to leave it dry.
The headlight assembly is IP65 certified waterproof, providing protection against dust and water ingress.

8. Troubleshooting
Why Does the Light Fog Up?
As mentioned in the maintenance section, temporary fogging or condensation inside the headlight lens is a normal phenomenon caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations. It does not affect the performance or lifespan of the headlight.
If condensation persists or appears excessive, ensure the one-way vents are clear and follow the steps outlined in Section 7 to address it.
