Troubleshooting

No Power / System Not Starting:

• Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet.
• Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
• Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to perform a hard reset, then try powering on again.

No Display on Monitor:

• Check that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
• Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.).
• Try a different HDMI cable or monitor if available.

No Internet Connection:

• Restart your router/modem and the Mini PC.

Slow Performance:
