1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for setting up and operating your TEZILON 4G GPS Smart Watch, Model TB0081. Designed for both children and the elderly, this device offers global real-time GPS positioning, two-way communication, and emergency features to enhance safety and connectivity.

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card Installation

Ensure the smart watch is powered off before inserting the SIM card.
Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the watch. Use the provided small screwdriver to unscrew the SIM card cover.
Insert a 4G Nano SIM card (e.g., Speedtalk) with the chip facing inward and the notch aligned as shown in the diagram.
Gently push the SIM card until it clicks into place. The card should not spring back out.
Replace the SIM card cover and secure it with the screw.
Power on the watch.

Important: The watch requires a 4G Nano SIM card with an active data plan for full functionality, including calls, video calls, and GPS tracking. Ensure the SIM card is properly activated with your chosen carrier.

3.2. Companion App Installation

To manage the smart watch's features, track its location, and communicate with the wearer, download the dedicated companion app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with both Android and iOS systems. Refer to the Quick Guide for QR codes or app store links.

Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Guide or search for the app name in your smartphone's app store.
Install the app and create an account.
Follow the in-app instructions to pair your smart watch with your account. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on the watch screen.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Navigation

Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) to turn the watch on or off.
Screen Navigation: Swipe left or right on the touchscreen to browse through different applications and features. Tap an icon to open an application.
Return Button: Use the designated return button (if available) or swipe gestures to go back to the previous screen or watch face.

4.2. Communication Features

Two-Way Phone Calls: The watch functions as a mobile phone. Approved contacts can call the watch, and the watch wearer can call pre-set numbers from the phonebook.
Video Calls: Initiate and receive video calls with approved contacts directly from the watch.
Voice Chat/Messages: Send and receive short voice messages with contacts through the watch's chat function.
SOS Emergency Call: In an emergency, long-press the SOS button for 3 seconds. The watch will automatically dial up to 3 pre-set emergency contact numbers until one is answered.

4.3. Location Tracking & Safety

Global Real-Time GPS Positioning: Track the watch's location in real-time via the companion app on your smartphone.
Geo-Fence: Set safe areas (geo-fences) in the app. You will receive an alarm notification on your phone if the watch wearer enters or leaves these designated areas.
Historical Route: Review the watch wearer's past locations for the last 90 days within the app.
Voice Monitoring: Input a guardian's number in the voice monitoring page of the app to request a one-way call from the watch to the monitoring number. The guardian can hear sounds around the watch wearer without the watch making any noise.

4.4. Additional Functions

Camera & Gallery: The watch has a built-in camera for taking photos, which can be viewed in the gallery.

5. Maintenance

Water Resistance: The watch is IP67 water resistant, suitable for washing hands or playing with water. Do not wear it while swimming or showering, or immerse it in water.
Charging: Use the provided magnetic charging cable. Align the charger with the magnetic contacts on the back of the watch.
Cleaning: Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.

6. Troubleshooting

GPS Not Working: If the GPS function is not working correctly, ensure the watch's APN settings are properly configured. Contact customer support for assistance with APN settings if needed.
No Network/Call Issues: Verify that the 4G Nano SIM card is correctly inserted, activated, and has an active data plan. Check for network coverage in your area.
Battery Drains Quickly: Battery life can vary based on usage. Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features, or adjust tracking intervals in the app to conserve battery.
Watch Not Turning On: Ensure the watch is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on, contact customer support.
