3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB charging cable and plug. The built-in 9600mAh battery can be charged at home or in your car. A full charge typically takes about 6 hours and provides over 18 hours of use. The solar panel provides additional power, extending working time up to 26 hours, depending on sunlight strength.

3.2 Camera Installation
The DoHonest V7 camera features a strong magnetic base for easy and secure attachment to any metal surface on your vehicle. The base is covered with soft rubber to protect your vehicle's paintwork.
- Turn on the camera by pressing the power button. Blue lights will indicate it is on.
- Attach the camera to a desired metal surface on your vehicle (e.g., rear bumper, trailer hitch). Ensure the surface is clean and dry for optimal magnetic adhesion.

3.3 App Download and Connection
The camera transmits images to your smartphone via WiFi. You will need to download the companion app.
- Download the "MH CAM" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Turn on your phone's WLAN (WiFi) and connect to the network starting with "SONiX_******". This is the camera's dedicated WiFi signal.
- Open the "MH CAM" app. The camera's live feed should now be displayed.
Note: The camera is not compatible with Google Pixel, Kyocera, or Samsung phones.
