1. Introduction and Overview

The Avalla S-360 is a versatile 4-in-1 portable air conditioning unit designed to provide comprehensive climate control for your living or working space. It functions as an air conditioner, dehumidifier, fan, and features a dedicated sleep mode, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

With its powerful 10,000 BTU cooling capacity, the S-360 can rapidly cool rooms up to 100m³, delivering instant relief by constantly replacing hot air with cool air at a rate of 270m³/h. Its energy-efficient design and quiet operation make it an ideal solution for various environments, from bedrooms to large office spaces.

3. Product Components

The Avalla S-360 package includes the following components:

4. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for optimal performance of your Avalla S-360 unit. Follow these steps for installation:

4.1 Unit Placement

Place the air conditioner on a firm, level surface near a window and a grounded power outlet. Ensure there is at least 30cm (12 inches) of space around the unit for proper air circulation.

4.2 Exhaust Hose Installation

  1. Attach one end of the exhaust hose to the air outlet on the back of the unit.
  2. Extend the exhaust hose to the nearest window.
  3. Install the window bracket kit into the window opening. This kit is designed to fit various window types, including sliding, casement, awning, and sash windows, ensuring a secure seal for efficient heat expulsion.
  4. Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the opening in the window bracket. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

4.3 Continuous Drainage (Dehumidifier Mode)

For continuous dehumidification without manual draining, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drainage port on the back of the unit. Direct the hose to a suitable drain or container.

5. Operating Instructions

The Avalla S-360 features intuitive controls via its digital display and a convenient remote control.

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The unit can be operated using the touch-sensitive control panel on top or the included remote control. The digital display provides clear feedback on settings and temperature.

5.3 Timer Function

The programmable 24-hour timer allows you to set the unit to turn on or off automatically, optimizing energy usage and ensuring comfort when needed.

6. Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your Avalla S-360.

6.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

The S-360 is equipped with a washable air filter. Clean the filter regularly (e.g., every two weeks, or more often if used frequently) to maintain peak performance and air quality. To clean, remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.

6.2 Draining the Water Tank

In dehumidifier mode, or if the unit is used for extended periods in high humidity, the internal water tank may fill. The unit will typically indicate when the tank is full and stop operation. Drain the water by removing the drain plug and allowing the water to flow into a suitable container. For continuous operation, utilize the continuous drainage feature as described in Section 4.3.

6.3 Storage

Before storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the water tank is completely drained and the air filter is clean and dry. Store the unit in a cool, dry place, preferably covered to protect it from dust.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Avalla S-360, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
