1. Introduction
The FUVISION 3G/4G LTE Cellular Security Camera is designed for remote monitoring in outdoor areas where Wi-Fi connectivity is unavailable. This wireless camera features a built-in 12000mAh battery and a 7W solar panel for continuous power. It offers 2K HD color night vision, two-way audio communication, pan/tilt functionality, and PIR motion detection for comprehensive surveillance. The camera operates on 3G/4G LTE networks, supporting Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, and includes a 300MB trial SIM card.

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the camera's internal battery using the provided charging cable. Connect the charging cable to the camera's DC 5V input port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The green LED will flash four times to indicate a full charge.

3.2 SIM Card and TF Card Installation
To enable cellular connectivity and local storage, install the SIM card and an optional TF (microSD) card.
- Gently rotate the camera lens to expose the SIM card and TF card slots.
- Insert the provided 300MB trial SIM card into the SIM card slot. Ensure correct orientation.
- Insert a TF card (up to 128GB, not included) into the TF card slot.
- Close the protective cover securely to maintain weather resistance.

3.3 Mounting Options
The camera offers flexible installation methods:
- Integrated Installation: Attach the solar panel directly to the camera unit using the provided screws and nuts. This creates a compact, self-sufficient unit.
- Extended Installation: Use the 5-meter extension cable to separate the solar panel from the camera. This allows you to place the solar panel in an area with optimal sunlight exposure while positioning the camera in the desired surveillance location.

3.4 App Installation and Connection
To control and monitor your camera, download the UBOX app:
- Scan the QR code provided in the user manual or search for "UBOX" in your mobile app store (iOS/Android).
- Install and open the UBOX app.
- Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your device.
- Power on the camera. The red LED will flash, then turn blue when ready for connection.
- Scan the QR code located on the camera using the UBOX app to connect.
4. Operating the Camera
4.1 Pan and Tilt Control
Utilize the UBOX app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera supports 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt, providing a 360° monitoring range.

4.2 Night Vision
The camera features 2K HD color night vision, allowing for clear image capture even in low-light conditions up to 98 feet. It utilizes a 1/3" night vision image processor and can switch between infrared (IR) and spotlight modes for enhanced visibility.

4.3 Motion Detection and Alerts
The integrated PIR motion sensor detects movement from people, pets, and vehicles, triggering recordings and sending instant alerts to your mobile device. You can configure the spotlight to activate and sound an alarm upon detection.

4.4 Two-Way Audio Communication
The camera includes a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way audio communication through the UBOX app. This allows you to interact with individuals on-site or deter intruders.
4.5 Storage Solutions
Recorded video can be stored in two ways:
- Local Storage: Using a TF (microSD) card (up to 128GB, not included).
- Cloud Storage: A complimentary 30-day cloud storage plan is included. Subsequent plans can be renewed via the UBOX app.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Power Management
The camera is equipped with a 12000mAh battery and a 7W solar panel for efficient power. The solar panel continuously charges the battery, reducing the need for manual recharging. The camera features a rapid sleep mode and quick 2-second wake-up response to conserve power while ensuring effective motion detection.

5.2 Weather Resistance
The camera has an IP67 international protection rating, making it waterproof and suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and storms.

6. Troubleshooting
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the charging cable and check the LED indicator.
- No cellular connection: Verify the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Check your data plan status via the UBOX app. Ensure you are in an area with 3G/4G LTE coverage from Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T.
- App connection issues: Ensure the camera is powered on and the blue LED is stable. Re-scan the QR code on the camera through the UBOX app. Check your phone's internet connection.
- Motion detection not working: Check the PIR sensitivity settings in the UBOX app. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the sensor.
- Poor video quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check the network signal strength in the UBOX app.
- Solar panel not charging: Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive direct sunlight. Clean the surface of the solar panel regularly. Verify the connection cable between the solar panel and the camera is secure.
