Important Safety Information
- Mounting Surface: Always mount the bike rack to a solid, structural surface such as a concrete wall, brick wall, or a wooden stud/beam. DO NOT install on "cantilevered" wall surfaces like plasterboard or drywall unless there is a strong wooden support behind it. Failure to do so may result in property damage or injury.
- Weight Capacity: The Mimoke Rotating Bike Wall Mount is designed to support bikes up to 30 kg (66 lbs). Do not exceed this weight limit.
- Bike Compatibility: Suitable for bikes with a straight top tube (diameter less than 55mm) and handlebar width up to 500mm (19.7 inches).
- Secure Installation: Ensure all screws and anchors are securely fastened before hanging a bicycle. Regularly check the mount for any signs of loosening or damage.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the installation area and from hanging bikes to prevent accidents.

Setup and Installation
Tools Required: Drill, drill bits appropriate for your wall type (wood/masonry), level, measuring tape, pencil, screwdriver.
- Choose Mounting Location: Select a solid wall surface (concrete, brick, or wood stud/beam) that can safely support the weight of your bike and the mount. Ensure there is enough clearance for your bike to rotate and for easy access.
- Mark Drill Holes: Hold the mount against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is straight. Mark the positions for the mounting screws with a pencil.
- Drill Pilot Holes: Drill pilot holes according to the size of the provided anchors/screws. For concrete/masonry, insert the appropriate wall anchors. For wood studs, drill pilot holes slightly smaller than the screw diameter.
- Attach Mount: Align the mount with the drilled holes and secure it firmly to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is tightly fastened and does not wobble.
- Install Tire Stopper: Position the tire stopper on the wall directly below where the bike's rear wheel will rest. This prevents the wheel from moving and protects the wall. Mark and drill holes, then secure the tire stopper.

Important: Before hanging your bike, gently pull on the installed mount to ensure it is securely fixed to the wall and can withstand the bike's weight.
Operating Instructions
- Hanging Your Bike:
- Balance your bike on its rear wheel.
- Lift the front wheel and guide the bike's top tube onto the hook of the wall mount. The angled hook design facilitates easy placement.
- Ensure the bike is stable and the rear wheel rests against the installed tire stopper.
- Rotating Your Bike:
- Once the bike is securely on the mount, you can rotate the entire assembly to position the bike closer to the wall or at a desired angle. The mount offers an adjustable angle range of +65° to -85°.
- Gently push or pull the bike to rotate it. The mechanism is designed to hold the bike in the chosen position.
- Removing Your Bike:
- Lift the bike slightly to disengage the top tube from the hook.
- Carefully lower the bike to the ground.

Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all mounting screws and the tire stopper for tightness. Ensure the mount is still securely attached to the wall.
- Cleanliness: Wipe the mount with a damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- Hook Condition: Inspect the rubber coating on the hook for wear or damage. This coating protects your bike's wheel, rim, and spokes.
Troubleshooting
- Mount feels loose:
Ensure all mounting screws are tightened. If the issue persists, the mounting surface may not be adequate. Re-evaluate the wall's structural integrity and consider relocating the mount to a stronger point (e.g., a different stud or a concrete section).
- Bike does not sit flush against the wall:
Check the handlebar width against the specified maximum (500mm / 19.7 inches). Ensure the tire stopper is correctly positioned to allow the rear wheel to rest against it, and that the mount is rotated to its maximum inward angle.
- Bike slides on the hook:
Ensure the bike's top tube is properly seated on the hook. The rubber coating on the hook is designed to provide grip. If the coating is worn, contact customer support.
