4. Setup and Operation
4.1 Initial Setup (Time and Date Setting)
- In normal time display mode, press and hold the ADJUSTMENT button until the seconds begin to flash, indicating setting mode.
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the setting items: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Year → Month → Day.
- While an item is flashing, press the START/PAUSE button to increase the value. Hold to rapidly advance.
- Once all settings are correct, press the ADJUSTMENT button to exit setting mode.
4.2 Setting the Alarm
- From normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Alarm Mode (indicated by 'ALM' or an alarm icon).
- Press and hold the ADJUSTMENT button until the alarm hour flashes.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to set the hour.
- Press the MODE button to switch to minute setting, then use START/PAUSE to set the minutes.
- Press the ADJUSTMENT button to confirm and exit alarm setting.
- To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm Mode, press the START/PAUSE button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
4.3 Using the Stopwatch
- From normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Stopwatch Mode (indicated by 'ST' or 'STOP').
- Press the START/PAUSE button to start the stopwatch.
- Press the START/PAUSE button again to pause the stopwatch.
- To reset the stopwatch to zero, while paused, press the ADJUSTMENT button.

Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.
