3. While an item is flashing, press the START/PAUSE button to increase the value. Hold to rapidly advance.

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Alarm Mode (indicated by 'ALM' or an alarm icon).
2. Press and hold the ADJUSTMENT button until the alarm hour flashes.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to set the hour.
4. Press the MODE button to switch to minute setting, then use START/PAUSE to set the minutes.
5. Press the ADJUSTMENT button to confirm and exit alarm setting.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm Mode, press the START/PAUSE button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Stopwatch Mode (indicated by 'ST' or 'STOP').
2. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. To reset the stopwatch to zero, while paused, press the ADJUSTMENT button.

Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.
