Important: A two-person installation is strongly recommended for safety and ease of handling due to the size and weight of the mount and television.

6. Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Lubrication: If movement becomes stiff over time, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the articulating joints.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 TV is not level
- Check the screen leveling adjustment as described in Section 5.4.
- Ensure the wall plate was installed level. If not, minor adjustments can sometimes be made with the screen leveling feature.
7.2 Mount is difficult to move or adjust
- Ensure all bolts related to the specific adjustment (tilt, swivel) are slightly loosened before attempting to move, then re-tighten.
- Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving joints.
7.3 TV appears unstable
- Immediately remove the TV from the mount.
- Re-check all wall mounting bolts and TV bracket screws for tightness.
- Verify that the wall type is appropriate and that the installation was done according to instructions.
