3. Setup
Before first use, fully charge your Braun Series 9 Pro+ shaver.
Charging:
Connect the charging cable to the charging stand and plug it into a power outlet. Place the shaver in the charging stand. The display will indicate the charging status. A full charge provides up to 60 minutes of cordless shaving.

4. Operating Instructions
General Shaving:
For optimal results, hold the shaver at a right angle (90°) to your skin and shave against the direction of hair growth. Stretch your skin with your free hand to ensure a smooth surface.
The Series 9 Pro+ is suitable for both dry and wet shaving. For wet shaving, you can use shaving foam or gel.

Using the ProTrimmer:
The integrated ProTrimmer with surgical steel blades is ideal for precise trimming of sideburns, mustaches, and longer hairs. Slide the trimmer up to activate it.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.
Daily Cleaning:
After each use, rinse the shaver head under warm running water. You can also use the included cleaning brush to remove hair particles.
Deep Cleaning:
For a more thorough clean, detach the shaving head and rinse both the head and the shaver body under running water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or charging.
Foil & Cutter Cassette Replacement:
To maintain 100% shaving performance, replace the foil and cutter cassette approximately every 18 months, or when worn. The shaver's display may indicate when replacement is due.
