4. Powering the Device
4.1 AC Power Operation
- Ensure the unit is turned off.

4.2 Battery Operation
For portable use, the boombox can be powered by batteries.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Press the POWER button to turn the unit on.
- Press the MODE/EQ button repeatedly to select the desired function (CD, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, FM, AM).
- Adjust the VOLUME knob to your preferred listening level.
- Press the POWER button again to turn the unit off.
5.2 CD Player Operation

- Press the MODE/EQ button to select CD mode. The LCD display will show "CD".
- Open the CD compartment cover by gently lifting it.
- Place a CD (or CD-R/RW) with the label side facing up onto the center spindle.
- Close the CD compartment cover firmly. The unit will begin reading the disc, and playback will start automatically.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause playback. Press again to resume.
- Press the SKIP/TUNE >> button to skip to the next track.
- Press the SKIP/TUNE << button once to restart the current track, or twice to skip to the previous track.
- Press the REP button to cycle through repeat modes (Repeat 1, Repeat All, Random Play).
5.3 Bluetooth Operation

- Press the MODE/EQ button to select Bluetooth mode. The LCD display will show "BT" and flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Search for "LP-D03" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
- Once paired, the "BT" indicator on the boombox will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio from your connected device.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE and SKIP/TUNE buttons on the boombox or your connected device to control playback.
5.4 USB Playback

- Insert a USB flash drive (containing MP3 files) into the USB port.
- Press the MODE/EQ button to select USB mode. The unit will automatically detect and begin playing MP3 files from the USB drive.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE and SKIP/TUNE buttons to control playback.
- Press the REP button to cycle through repeat modes (Repeat 1, Repeat All, Random Play).
5.5 AUX Input

- Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the AUX IN jack using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
- Press the MODE/EQ button to select AUX mode. The LCD display will show "AUX".
- Start playback on your external audio device. The audio will be played through the boombox speakers.
- Control playback (play, pause, skip) directly from your external audio device. Adjust volume using both the boombox's VOLUME knob and your external device's volume control.
5.6 FM/AM Radio Operation

- Press the MODE/EQ button to select FM or AM radio mode. The LCD display will show the current frequency.
- For FM reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully and adjust its position for optimal signal.
- For AM reception, the unit has a built-in ferrite bar antenna. Rotate the entire unit for best reception.
- Manually tune: Rotate the TUNING knob to find your desired station.
- Auto scan: Press and hold the SKIP/TUNE >> or SKIP/TUNE << button for a few seconds to automatically scan for the next available station.
