5. Installation (Setup)

5.1. Pre-Installation Requirements
- Electrical Circuit: A dedicated 110V circuit with a 40 Amp circuit breaker is mandatory.
- Wiring: Use 10 AWG wiring for the electrical connection.
- Water Supply: Ensure a stable water supply. The minimum height to the water supply tank should be 1.0 meter (39.37 inches) and maximum 40 meters (15.74 inches).
- Mounting Location: The shower must be wall-mounted. The maximum height from the floor to the shower should be 2.10 meters.
- Distance from Wall: Allow sufficient space for the shower head and installation tube. The included installation tube is 30 cm long.
5.2. Electrical Connection
- Turn off Power: Before starting any electrical work, ensure the main power supply to the circuit is OFF at the breaker panel.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the electrical cables from your dedicated circuit to the water heater using the provided wire connector.

- Install Shower Head: Attach the 8-inch shower head to the outlet of the main unit.
- Install Hand Hose: If desired, connect the 5.2-foot hand hose with its "Bidet" attachment and support.
6. Operation
The FAME EVIDENCE water heater is designed for simple, automatic operation.
6.1. Initial Use
- Before turning on the electrical power, open the water tap and allow water to flow through the shower unit for a few minutes to ensure it is completely filled with water and to purge any air from the system.
- Once water is flowing steadily, close the tap.
- Turn on the electrical power to the unit at the circuit breaker.
6.2. Temperature Selection
The shower unit features a selector switch for four temperature levels:
- Cold: No heating.
- Warm: Low heating. Offers up to 60% energy savings in this position.
- Hot: Medium heating.
- Super Hot: Maximum heating.
To select a temperature, rotate the selector switch on the main shower unit to the desired setting. The heater will automatically activate when water flows and will adjust the temperature based on the selected setting and water pressure.
