3. Setup

1. Clean Components: Before first use, wash all parts that come into contact with breast milk (flanges, bottles, valves, diaphragms, bottle storage lids, bottle collar, nipple) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
2. Assemble Flanges and Bottles: Attach the appropriate size ComfortFit flange to the breast flange body. Insert the white valve into the bottom of the breast flange body. Screw a 5 oz bottle onto the breast flange body.
3. Connect Tubing: Connect the Y-tubing connector to the pump connector. Attach the 300mm connection tubes to the breast flange bodies and the Y-tubing connector. Connect the 600mm connection tube to the Y-tubing connector and the pump base unit.
4. Charge Pump Unit: Connect the AC adapter/power cord to the pump base unit and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the rechargeable Lithium-ion battery is fully charged before cordless use.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button on the pump base unit to turn it on. The display will illuminate.
2. Select Pumping Style: The pump offers 3 distinct pumping styles. Use the mode button to cycle through these styles to find the one that best mimics your baby's natural feeding pattern.
3. Adjust Suction and Speed: The pump features 2-phase technology (let-down and expression) and 8 adjustable suction levels. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease suction strength and speed to your comfort and milk flow needs.
4. Start Pumping: Place the assembled flanges onto your breasts, ensuring a secure seal. The pump will begin its cycle.
5. Monitor and Track: Connect the pump to the Lansinoh Baby app via Bluetooth to automatically track your pumping sessions, milk volume, and other feeding data.
6. Cordless Pumping: Utilize the rechargeable battery for pumping on the go, without the need for a power outlet.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance are essential for the hygiene and longevity of your breast pump. All parts that come into contact with breast milk are BPA and BPS free and are designed for easy cleaning.

Cleaning Instructions:

• After Each Use: Disassemble all parts that come into contact with breast milk. Wash immediately in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Sterilization: Sterilize components regularly by boiling for 5 minutes or using a steam sterilizer. Refer to the product manual for specific sterilization guidelines for each part.
• Dishwasher Safe: Many components are dishwasher safe (top rack only). Check individual part instructions for confirmation.

• No Suction or Weak Suction:

  • Ensure the white valve is clean, undamaged, and properly seated. Replace if necessary.
  • Verify that the tubing is not kinked, pinched, or damaged.
  • Confirm the diaphragm is correctly placed and not torn.
• Pump Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the pump unit is fully charged or properly connected to the AC adapter.
  • Check the power outlet for functionality.
• Milk Backflow into Tubing:
  • This indicates a potential issue with the diaphragm or valve. Inspect these parts for damage or incorrect assembly.
  • Clean and dry tubing thoroughly if milk has entered it.
• Pain or Discomfort During Pumping:
  • Ensure you are using the correct flange size. The ComfortFit flanges come in multiple sizes (25mm, 28.5mm, 30.5mm) to help achieve a comfortable fit.
