Setup Guide

1. Unboxing and Initial Charge

Carefully remove all contents from the packaging. The box should contain the Raymate S7 speaker, a USB-C charging cable, and an audio cable. Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the USB-C cable to the speaker's charging port (located under the rubber flap) and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The power indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your Raymate S7 speaker via Bluetooth:

  1. Power on the speaker by pressing and holding the Power button until you hear an audible cue and the power indicator light illuminates.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. The speaker will appear as "Raymate S7".
  4. Select "Raymate S7" from the list to initiate pairing. You will hear a confirmation tone once successfully paired.

3. Multi-Speaker Pairing (Party Mode)

The Raymate S7 supports connecting up to 100 speakers for a synchronized audio experience. Follow these steps for multi-speaker pairing:

  1. Ensure both (or all) speakers are powered off and disconnected from any Bluetooth devices.
  2. Power on the first speaker (designated as the "leader") by pressing and holding the Power button.
  3. Connect your mobile device to the "leader" speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 2.
  4. Power on the second speaker (designated as the "follower") by pressing and holding the Power button.
  5. On the "follower" speaker, press the Mode/TWS button (often indicated by a symbol like ∞+). You may hear a distinct sound indicating it is searching for party mode.
  6. The "follower" speaker should automatically connect to the "leader" speaker. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.
  7. If the connection fails, power down the "follower" speaker and repeat steps 4-6. Ensure your audio source is playing to confirm both speakers are working.

Note: This feature typically provides mono audio from both speakers, not stereo separation.

Maintenance

Waterproof Care

The Raymate S7 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. To maintain its waterproof integrity, ensure the rubber flap covering the charging and AUX ports is securely closed when not in use. Avoid exposing the speaker to saltwater or chemicals, as this may degrade the seals over time. If exposed to water, wipe dry before opening ports or charging.

Charging Precautions

Use only the provided USB-C charging cable or a compatible 5V/2A charger. Avoid using fast chargers with higher voltage or amperage, as this may cause permanent damage to the internal battery or circuitry.
