Setup

Before first use, ensure your AC180 unit is fully charged. Refer to the 'Charging Options' section for detailed instructions.

Initial Power On

• Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds until the display screen illuminates.
• The display will show the current battery level, input/output wattage, and estimated remaining runtime.

Operating Instructions

Connecting Devices

The AC180 offers multiple output ports to power various devices:

• AC Outlets: Press the 'AC' button on the control panel to activate the 4 AC outlets. These provide 1800W continuous output (2700W surge).
• USB Ports: The unit features USB-C and USB-A ports. Press the 'DC' button to activate these outputs for charging phones, tablets, and other USB-powered devices.
• DC Output: The 12V/10A DC output can power compatible 12V devices. Activate by pressing the 'DC' button.

BLUETTI App Control

Download the BLUETTI app to monitor and control your AC180 remotely via Bluetooth. The app provides real-time data on power consumption, battery status, and allows you to adjust settings.

Charging Options

The BLUETTI AC180 offers multiple ways to recharge its internal battery:

• AC Wall Outlet: Utilize the included AC charging cable for rapid recharging. The unit supports 1440W Flash Charge, allowing it to reach 80% in approximately 45 minutes and full charge in 1 hour.
• Solar Panel: Connect the 100W solar panel using the provided solar charging cable. The AC180 can be fully replenished in 11.5-23 hours depending on sunlight conditions.
• Car Charging: Use the car charging cable to recharge the unit from your vehicle's 12V port.

Solar Panel Usage

The included 100W monocrystalline solar panel offers a cell efficiency of 23.4%. For optimal charging, position the solar panel directly towards the sun and ensure it is not shaded.

BLUETTI Charger 1 (Optional Accessory)

For even faster on-the-go charging, the BLUETTI Charger 1 (500W Max input for AC180) can be used. This accessory provides 5X faster charging speed compared to a standard 12V/8A car cigarette lighter charger.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AC180, try the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to a power source.
• No output from AC/DC/USB ports: Verify that the respective AC or DC output buttons are pressed and their indicators are lit. Check if the device you are trying to power is within the unit's wattage limits.
• Overload Protection: If an overload occurs, the unit may shut down. Disconnect the overloaded device, restart the AC180, and try again with a lower-power device.
• Display issues: If the display shows incorrect battery percentage or input/output, ensure the unit is fully charged until the input wattage drops to zero, indicating a complete charge cycle.
