Setup

1. Connect the Charging Dock: Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the charging dock and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

2. Place the Power Bank on the Dock: Align the wireless power bank with the charging dock. The power bank will begin charging. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the battery level.
3. Optional TPU Deck: For horizontal phone placement, insert the TPU Deck into the charging dock. This provides a stable base for your phone when used as a stand in landscape orientation.

Operating Instructions

1. Using as a Wireless Charger (with Dock)

When the power bank is placed on the charging dock and connected to power, it functions as a wireless charging stand. Place your wireless charging compatible mobile device vertically or horizontally on the power bank. The device will begin charging wirelessly.

2. Using as a Portable Power Bank

Remove the power bank from the charging dock for portable use. It has a 10000mAh capacity.

• Wired Charging: Use the USB-A (18W) or USB-C (20W) ports to charge devices via cable. Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate port on the power bank.
• Wireless Charging (Portable): For wireless charging on the go, simply place your wireless charging compatible device on the designated wireless charging area of the power bank.

3. Using as a Mobile Phone Stand

The power bank, when placed on its dock, serves as a convenient stand for your mobile phone, allowing for vertical or horizontal viewing while charging or simply holding the device.

LED Indicators

The power bank features dim LED lights to indicate battery level without causing disturbance, especially in dark environments.

Maintenance

• Keep the device clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe surfaces. Avoid liquid cleaners.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. This will void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

Q. Is it normal for the wireless charger or phone to become hot while wireless charging?

A. Wireless chargers typically generate more heat than cable chargers due to the magnetic induction process. A slight increase in temperature is normal during operation. The device is designed with Over Temperature Protection to manage heat. If the device becomes excessively hot, it may temporarily stop charging to protect itself.

Q. Wireless charging has turned on and off. Is it defective?

A. If the device is not centered correctly on the wireless charging area, or if the temperature increases beyond a safe threshold, charging may temporarily pause or stop to protect the device and the phone. Re-position the phone to ensure proper alignment. This is a normal protective function and does not indicate a defect.

Ensure the anti-slip ring on the power bank is clean and free from debris to maintain proper contact and prevent slipping.

Other Issues:

• Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is charged. Check all cable connections. Try a different USB power adapter.
• Slow charging: Ensure you are using a compatible fast-charging adapter (QC 3.0 or higher recommended for optimal wireless charging speed). Check if multiple devices are charging simultaneously, which may reduce individual charging speeds.
