1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Shahoo Gaming Chair with Footrest and Massage Lumbar Support. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and longevity of your chair.

2. Safety Information

• Ensure all components are securely fastened before use.
• Do not stand on the chair or use it as a step stool.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the chair that exceed its weight capacity (300 lbs).
• Keep children and pets away from the chair during assembly.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base. Ensure it is seated securely.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the chair mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws.
5. Connect Backrest to Seat: Attach the backrest to the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the backrest is aligned correctly.
6. Assemble Footrest: Attach the retractable footrest assembly to the underside of the seat, following the specific instructions for its mounting points.
7. Place Assembled Top onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift.
8. Attach Head Pillow and Lumbar Support: Secure the head pillow and massage lumbar support to the backrest using their integrated straps. The lumbar support can be adjusted vertically for optimal comfort.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the seat or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place.

5.2. Backrest Recline Adjustment

To recline the backrest, pull the lever located on the left side of the seat upwards. Lean back to the desired angle (between 90° and 135°). Release the lever to lock the backrest position.

5.3. Footrest Operation

To extend the footrest, pull it outwards from beneath the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored under the seat.

5.4. Massage Lumbar Support

The lumbar support features a massage function. Connect the USB cable from the lumbar support to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, power bank, USB wall adapter). The massage function will activate, providing vibration to relieve lumbar pressure. The lumbar support is detachable and its position can be adjusted vertically along the backrest.

5.5. 360° Swivel Function

The chair is equipped with a 360° swivel mechanism, allowing for full rotation without moving the base.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the leather material.
• For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

6.2. General Care

• Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation.
• Ensure casters are free of debris for smooth rolling.

7. Troubleshooting

• Chair Squeaks: Check and tighten all screws. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts if necessary.
• Chair Wobbles: Ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the base and mechanism. Verify all screws are tightened.
• Height Adjustment Not Working: Check if the lever is fully engaged. Ensure the gas lift is not damaged or obstructed.
• Massage Function Not Working: Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the lumbar support and a working power source.
