Setup
- Unboxing: Carefully remove all contents from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present.
- SIM Card & MicroSD Installation:
- Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the device.
- Use the provided SIM needle to open the tray.
- Insert up to two Nano-SIM cards and one microSD card (for storage expansion) into the designated slots.
- Ensure the tray is securely closed to maintain water and dust resistance.
- Initial Charge: Connect the device to the power adapter and charging cable. Charge the phone fully before first use. The 9600mAh battery supports 33W fast charging.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (located on the side) until the Ulefone logo appears.
- Initial Setup Wizard: Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, set up your Google account, and configure security features like fingerprint ID and face unlock.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your Ulefone Armor 21, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Water and Dust Resistance
The device is IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certified. This means it is resistant to water submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, and protected against dust and dirt. Ensure all port covers (USB-C, SIM tray) are securely closed before exposing the device to water or dust.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures. Use the original charger or a compatible 33W fast charger. The device supports OTG reverse charging to power other small devices.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for at least 10-15 seconds.
- Screen unresponsive: Restart the device. If unresponsive, force restart by holding the power button.
- Network connectivity issues: Check SIM card installation. Ensure mobile data is enabled. Try restarting the device or resetting network settings. Note: Not compatible with AT&T, Cricket, or CDMA carriers like Straight Talk, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket Wireless, Sprint, and Verizon.
- Speaker issues: Ensure the speaker is not obstructed. Check volume settings. If the device has been exposed to water, ensure it is completely dry before turning on, as moisture may cause speaker noises.
- IR Remote Control not working: Ensure the IR blaster is pointed directly at the appliance. Check the remote control app settings and ensure the correct device profile is selected.
