  3. Barrel Preparation:
    • Open the 3 lb barrel by unscrewing the extra large knob and removing the double stainless steel lids.

    • Add the appropriate polishing grit (e.g., Step 1 Coarse Grit for the first stage) and water according to the detailed instructions in the included full-color instruction book.
    • Securely close the barrel by replacing the lids and tightening the knob to ensure a leak-proof seal.
  4. Barrel Installation: Place the sealed barrel onto the rollers within the tumbler machine.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the 1.5m AC adapter to the tumbler machine and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

  • Cleaning the Unit: Wipe down the exterior of the tumbler machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the unit in water.
  • Belt Inspection and Replacement: Regularly inspect the drive belt for wear and tear. If replacement is needed, use the included extra belt. Detailed illustrated instructions for belt replacement and lubrication can be found in the latest manual available for download or by contacting customer support.
  • Lubrication: Apply appropriate lubricant to moving parts as indicated in the detailed instruction manual to ensure smooth operation and longevity of the unit.
