Operating Instructions

Scanning Modes

The NT-1202W offers three primary scanning modes:

  • Manual Trigger Mode: Press the trigger button to activate the scanning beam and read a barcode.
  • Continuous Scanning Mode: The scanning beam remains active, continuously reading barcodes as they are presented.
  • Auto-Sensing Scanning Mode: The scanner automatically detects a barcode in its field of view and activates the scanning beam to read it. This mode is ideal for hands-free operation when placed on the dock.

To switch between modes, scan the corresponding setting barcodes found in your physical user manual.

Storage Mode

When out of range of Bluetooth or 2.4G wireless connectivity, the scanner can store up to 100,000 barcodes in its internal memory. To retrieve stored data, reconnect the scanner to your device and scan the "Upload Data" barcode from the manual.

Superior Scanning Performance

Equipped with an advanced 1280H × 1024V pixels (1.3M) CMOS sensor, the NT-1202W provides high-speed global exposure and a maximum frame rate of 120FPS. It can smoothly read various small barcodes:

  • 1D barcodes: ≥3 mil
  • 2D barcodes (HD): ≥5 mil
  • 2D barcodes (SR): ≥7 mil
