2. Setup

2.1 Battery and Antenna Installation

1. Ensure the radio is powered off.
2. Align the 2800mAh Type-C Battery with the battery compartment on the back of the radio and slide it into place until it clicks securely.
3. Screw the 7.87-inch Dual Band 145/435 Antenna clockwise onto the antenna connector at the top of the radio until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.
