Step 3: Electrical Wiring

Connect the ground wire (usually bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the ceiling. Connect the live wire (usually black) from the fixture to the live wire from the ceiling, and the neutral wire (usually white) from the fixture to the neutral wire from the ceiling. Use appropriate wire connectors and ensure all connections are secure.

6. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Once installation is complete and verified, restore power at the circuit breaker. Operate the chandelier using your standard wall switch.

3-Color Changing Feature (with compatible bulbs)

If you have installed 3-color changing E12 LED bulbs, you can cycle through Warm Light (2700K), Neutral Light (4500K), and Cool Light (6000K) by pressing your wall switch ON and OFF continuously. This allows you to create different lighting atmospheres for various occasions.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain the chandelier's appearance, regularly dust the metal frame with a soft, dry cloth. For crystals, gently wipe them with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or a mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or crystals. Always turn off power before cleaning.

Bulb Replacement

Before replacing any bulbs, turn off the power supply to the fixture at the circuit breaker. Allow bulbs to cool completely. Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new E12 base bulb (max 40W). Do not exceed the maximum wattage.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Light does not turn on:
    • Check if the power supply is on at the circuit breaker.
    • Ensure all wire connections are secure.
    • Verify that bulbs are correctly installed and not burnt out.
  • Lights flicker:
    • Check for loose bulb connections.
    • Ensure bulbs are compatible with your dimmer switch (if installed).
