4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
- Carefully remove the machine from its packaging.
- Inspect for any visible damage that may have occurred during transit. Contact your supplier immediately if damage is found.
- Ensure all included components, such as batteries, are present.
4.2 Handle Assembly and Folding
The Emotor 25A features a foldable handle for compact storage and transport.
- To unfold the handle, release the locking mechanism (refer to Figure 3.3 for handle area) and raise the handle until it clicks securely into the upright operating position.
- To fold, engage the release mechanism and carefully lower the handle.

4.3 Battery Installation and Charging
The machine comes with batteries. Ensure they are properly installed and charged before first use.
- Locate the battery compartment.
- Connect the batteries according to the polarity indicators.
- Connect the charger to the machine's charging port and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
- Charge the batteries fully before initial operation. Refer to the charger's indicator lights for charging status.
4.4 Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Locate the clean water (Resolution) tank fill port (refer to Figure 3.4).
- Open the cap and fill the tank with clean water and appropriate, non-foaming cleaning solution. Do not overfill. The clean water tank capacity is 6.6 gallons.
- Securely close the cap after filling.
4.5 Attaching Brush/Pads and Squeegee
- Ensure the machine is off and disconnected from power.
- Attach the appropriate 15-inch brush or cleaning pad to the brush deck.
- Ensure the 23-inch rubber squeegee is securely attached at the rear of the machine.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pre-Operation Checklist
- Verify clean water tank is filled.
- Check that the recovery tank is empty.
- Ensure brush/pad and squeegee are correctly installed.
- Confirm batteries are sufficiently charged.
5.2 Starting the Machine
- Turn on the main power switch, usually located on the control panel.
- Engage the brush motor switch to start the scrubbing action.
- Engage the vacuum motor switch to activate the water suction.
- The machine features automatic water control, so water flow will begin automatically once the scrubbing function is engaged.
5.3 Cleaning Procedure
- Push the machine forward at a steady, comfortable pace. The brush will scrub the floor, and the squeegee will collect the dirty water into the recovery tank.
- Overlap passes slightly to ensure complete coverage.
- The machine is suitable for various hard floor types including mirror tile, marble, epoxy, PVC, emery, terrazzo, and concrete floors. For wooden floors, use a white pad.

5.4 Emptying the Recovery Tank
- When the recovery tank is full, or after completing the cleaning task, turn off the machine.
- Locate the sewage pipe (refer to Figure 3.2) and drain the dirty water into a suitable disposal area.
- Rinse the recovery tank with clean water to prevent residue buildup.
6. Maintenance

6.1 After Each Use
- Empty and rinse both the clean water and recovery tanks thoroughly.
