5. Maintenance
Defrosting:
Defrost the freezer when ice buildup reaches approximately 0.2 inches (5mm) thick. To defrost:

- Open the drain plug located at the bottom of the freezer to allow water to escape. Place a shallow pan or towel underneath to collect the water.
