Maintenance

1. Charging

To maintain optimal battery performance, charge the device regularly. The tracker's battery life can last up to 2 weeks depending on usage and tracking mode. Use only the provided USB charging cable.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the tracker with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the device's splashproof coating and electronics.

3. Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the tracker in a cool, dry place. Ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) before storage to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your AutoSky GPS Tracker, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Tracker not updating location:
Ensure the device is charged and has an active subscription. Check for network connectivity in the area where the tracker is located. Sometimes, restarting the tracker and the app can resolve temporary communication issues.
  • No network connection:
Verify that the tracker is in an area with 4G LTE cellular coverage. If the issue persists, contact AutoSky customer support for assistance, as it may indicate a service or device-specific problem.
  • App not displaying device:
Confirm that the tracker has been correctly added to your AutoSky+ account using its serial number. Log out and log back into the app, or reinstall the app if necessary.
  • Short battery life:
Review your tracking mode settings in the AutoSky+ app. More frequent updates (e.g., in Intelligent Mode with short intervals) consume more battery. Switch to Battery Saver Mode for extended battery life. Ensure the device is fully charged before deployment.

For further assistance, please contact AutoSky customer support through the AutoSky+ app or their official website.
