Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Frother does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outage; appliance malfunction. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check your circuit breaker. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Milk is not frothing or heating properly. | Incorrect whisk placement; milk level too high/low; type of milk used. | Ensure the frothing whisk is correctly inserted for frothing. Check that milk is between MIN and MAX lines. Use fresh, cold milk (dairy or plant-based suitable for frothing). |
| Frother stops unexpectedly. | Automatic shut-off activated; overheating. | This is a normal safety feature. The frother automatically stops when the cycle is complete or if it detects overheating. Allow it to cool down before next use. |
| Poor froth quality. | Milk type/temperature; whisk not clean. | Use fresh, cold milk. Some milk types froth better than others. Ensure the whisk is clean and free of residue. |
