Setup
1. Battery Installation
The OMOTON KB515 keyboard requires two AAA batteries (not included) for operation.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the keyboard.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
Ensure your Mac device is running OS X 10.10 or higher for optimal compatibility.
- Turn on the keyboard by sliding the ON/OFF switch located on the back. The power indicator will light up blue for 3 seconds.
- On your Mac device, go to System Settings (or System Preferences) > Bluetooth and ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.
- Press and hold the Fn + C keys on the OMOTON KB515 keyboard for 3 to 5 seconds. The Bluetooth status indicator will start blinking blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your Mac's Bluetooth device list, select "OMOTON Keyboard" to complete the pairing process.
- If prompted, enter the numeric code displayed on your screen using the OMOTON keyboard and press Enter.
- Once successfully paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the keyboard will stop blinking and remain solid blue briefly, then turn off. The keyboard will now be connected.

Key Functions
The OMOTON KB515 keyboard features a full-size layout with a numeric keypad and dedicated Mac OS multimedia shortcut keys for enhanced productivity.
- Multimedia Keys: The top row of function keys (F1-F12) includes shortcuts for brightness control, Mission Control, Launchpad, media playback (previous, play/pause, next), volume control (mute, volume down, volume up), and eject.
- Command and Option Keys: Standard Mac layout with Command (⌘) and Option (⌥) keys.
- Numeric Keypad: A full numeric keypad is included for data entry.

Power Management
To conserve battery life, the keyboard features an automatic sleep mode. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the keyboard will enter sleep mode. To wake it up, simply press any key.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the keyboard. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator (red light) starts blinking. Always use fresh AAA batteries.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the keyboard to further conserve battery life. Store in a cool, dry place.
