1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Electrical Safety: Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure power is turned off at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance.
• Weight: This chandelier is heavy. Professional assistance is recommended for installation to ensure proper mounting and support. The fixture weighs approximately 75 lbs.
• Dimmer Compatibility: The chandelier includes a built-in dimmer. Do not connect it to an external dimmer wall switch or any other dimming system. Doing so may cause damage to the fixture or malfunction.
• Protective Film: Remove all protective plastic film from the base and components before installation. Using cotton gloves during handling is recommended to prevent fingerprints on the metal and crystal surfaces.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation. Professional installation is highly recommended due to the weight and complexity.

1. Prepare for Installation:
   • Turn off power at the main circuit breaker.
   • Carefully unpack all components and inspect for any damage.
   • Remove any protective plastic film from the chandelier's base and individual crystal rods.
2. Mounting the Canopy:
   • Secure the star-shaped mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Ensure it is firmly attached to ceiling studs using appropriate toggle bolts or screws for the fixture's weight.
   • Connect the electrical wires (live, neutral, ground) from the ceiling to the chandelier's wiring according to local electrical codes.
3. Adjusting Wire Lengths:
   • The hanging wires for each crystal rod are adjustable. You can customize the height of each light to create a random or spiral arrangement.
   • To adjust, gently press the small pin on the canopy where the wire enters, then pull or push the wire to the desired length. Release the pin to lock the wire in place.
4. Attaching Crystal Rods:
   • Carefully attach each crystal bubble rod to its corresponding light socket.
   • Use cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the crystal.
5. Sloped Ceiling Installation:
   • For ceilings with an angle greater than 30 degrees, a separate ceiling adapter may be required. Contact customer support if you need a ceiling adapter.

4. Operating Instructions

The chandelier features dimmable LED lights with adjustable color temperature, controlled via a remote or a smartphone application.

1. Power On/Off: Turn on the main power supply to the fixture. The chandelier can be turned on or off using the provided remote control or the linked smartphone application.
2. Brightness Adjustment: Use the remote control or smartphone app to adjust the brightness from 5% to 100%.
3. Color Temperature Adjustment: The light color temperature can be adjusted between Cool Light (6000K), Nature Light (4500K), and Warm Light (3000K) using the remote control or smartphone app.
4. Smartphone App Control: Download the designated smartphone application (refer to the remote control instructions for app details) to control the chandelier's functions.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning will help maintain the chandelier's appearance and performance.

• Cleaning: Turn off the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the metal canopy. For the crystal rods, use a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals that may damage the finish or crystal.
• Dusting: Periodically dust the chandelier with a feather duster or a soft cloth to prevent dust buildup.
• Inspection: Periodically check all connections and mounting hardware to ensure they remain secure.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your chandelier, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Light Does Not Turn On:
  • Check the main power supply and circuit breaker.
  • Ensure all electrical connections are secure.
  • Verify that the remote control battery is functional and correctly inserted.
• Remote Control Not Working:
  • Replace the remote control battery.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the chandelier.
  • If the chandelier is connected to a wall switch, ensure it is not a dimmer switch, as this can interfere with the built-in dimmer.
• Flickering Lights:
  • Ensure the chandelier is not connected to an external dimmer switch.
  • Check for loose wiring connections.
• Lights Not Bright Enough:
  • Adjust the brightness setting using the remote control or smartphone app.
  • Ensure the color temperature setting is to your preference, as different temperatures can perceive brightness differently.
